Romud Ceramics: terms and conditions
Shipping
Romud Ceramics currently ships by Royal Mail/UPS. I can ship via any other
provider at customer request. It is often less expensive for larger orders. When possible, I
will also deliver wholesale orders myself to purchasers within a two-hour drive from my
location. This is especially true if I will be making multiple deliveries. Shipping charges
will still apply in these cases.
Packaging
Please reuse as much of the packaging as possible. We try to reuse
bubble wrap or use recyclable materials where possible.
Product Use
All functional ware are microwavable and dishwasher safe.
However they anre handmade and require more care than normal mass produced ceramics.
Please be careful with your pots, wash by hand if possible. It helps to wash them quickly after use and if you can don’t leave liquid in them overnight or for long periods of time. For this same reason I wouldn’t recommend using a microwave or dish washer, I always hand wash a majority of my handmade ceramics as it simply isn’t as durable as factory made wares. To reiterate, they can go in the dishwasher or microwave but it’s best if they aren’t. Washing handmade pots by hand is always the best option.
Variations
Romud Ceramics is made one piece at a time by hand. As such, minor variations in size, shape and color common to hand-crafted products are to be expected. Every effort is made to assure that all pieces sold in a set are as closely matched as possible. It is not possible to guarantee a perfect match to items you may already own.
Some pieces may appear differently from that pictured if there’s a quantity option available on that specific item. All of my pots are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item. On pots listed without a quantity option it should appear as pictured
Warranty
Romud Ceramics does warranty its products against manufacturing defects. However, I do reserve the right to examine pieces that may have been damaged due to such defects. I further reserve the right to determine if defects inmanufacture were the cause of the damage. Every effort is made to assure that pottery leaving my shop is entirely free of defects but I cannot assume any responsibility for the manner in which pottery is handled after it leaves my hands (with
the exception of breakage during shipping – read on).
Breakage During Shipping
